What Is On In Perth On 2011
1. Every year in January, Ascot Racecourse hosts a premier thoroughbred horse race since 1887 called The Perth Cup. This race is one of the oldest traditions of West Australia.
2. Perth hosts the biggest Australia Day in the world in the month of January. The day is marked by synchronised fire work and amazing sky show. 13. Although the Fremantle Festival generally happens in November, in 2011 it has been delayed to December. It has been planned bigger by merging together the Heritage Festival with this Carnival Festival.
