Tim Burtons Movie Madness Halloween Costumes
Tim Burton is a well known American film director and has brought us some of the most brilliant unforgettable movies of all time. From amazing animations to real life productions, the mind of Tim Burton is an amazing unique place, and we are very thankful he shared it with us Adults and especially our kids.
Tim, born in 1958 and is married to the actress Helena Bonham Carter, has directed 14 movies and produced 10, from Pee Wee Herman to Batman, James and The Giant Peach to Mars Attacks, all great movies, but there are certain movies which make for some brilliant unforgettable movie characters, and because of these characters, we have be giving the opportunity for a huge list of excellent Halloween and fancy dress party ideas, and there are some that stand out from most, here are my favorite 5.
My Favorite Top 5 Tim Burton Halloween Costumes
No5 The Nightmare Before Christmas
A brilliant movie produced by Tim in 1993, brought us a collection of lunatic characters in this animated musical, and particularly two delightful characters, Jack Skellington the pumpkin king, and Sally the rag doll. The costumes available for this amazing couple are wonderful, and perfect for couple looking for a coordinated plan.
No4 Corpse Bride
How I love this animated movie. In 2005, with the voices and regular Tim Burton contributors of Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter, brought us again, two class characters, Victor and Emily. Ah Emily! A character so lovable and amazing and the costumes available for this character are stunning and made for both adults and children.
No3 Sweeney Todd-The Demon Barber Of Fleet Street
What an excellent messed up movie, fun, funny, sick and scary all rolled into one. Directed by Tim in 2007, a Victorian style creepy musical, a story of a man, Sweeney Todd (Johnny Depp), who murders his costumers with a straight edged razor, and with the help of his accomplice, Mrs Lovett (Helena Bonham Carter), chop up their victims and put them in to meat pies, very funny, in a weird kind of way. These costumes are amazing looking, perfect for a unique Halloween and party idea.
No2 Beetlejuice
lunatic character, Beetlejuice. Directed by Tim in 1988 and starring Micheal Keaton as Beetlejuice, a perverted, deranged, obnoxious, out of control nut job (whom I love dearly) who through the movie will either make you laugh or feel sick, but his stunning look, make up and costume, makes way for an amazing perfect Halloween stand out costume.
No1 Edward Scissorhands
Stunning, beautiful, intriguing, are just a few of the words for this classic. Directed by Tim in 1990 and starring a young Johnny Depp and Winona Ryder, it is an amazing tale of love and stunningly shot. Edward is an artificial man With scissors for hands who falls in love with a girl. The costume worn by Johnny Depp is stunning, the mind of Tim Burton is just phenomenal, and this costume wins hands down, it is just so fantastic looking. Get the hair right, show up at any Halloween or fancy dress party looking like Edward, jaws are going to drop.
As you can see, these are just a few of this brilliant geniuses mind. With so many movie characters and hopefully a lot more to come, the choice and costume ideas is vast and exciting, and sure to be unique and wonderful
