Do It Yourself Hair Styles With Hair Clippers
If you were to take the time to add up all of the money that you spend in a year on getting your hair cut you will probably find that it is several hundred dollars. If you had a pair of hair clippers and the knowledge of how to use them you could save yourself a lot of money by giving yourself a hair cut.
You can make several different hair styles with a pair of hair clippers. Mostly it will be shorter hair cuts like a bowl cut or a flat top. The clippers will allow you to provide a nice even cut across your entire head.
The barber sheers come with shields that you can apply to the blade that will allow you to change the length of the cut. The smaller the number, the shorter the cut. You can make a great cut by putting a number two shield on the clippers and use it on the sides and back and then apply a number four shield on the clippers to use on the top area of the head.
To accomplish a shorter look use a lower number shield or use no shield at all. If it use the clippers with no shield you will essentially be giving someone a buzz cut and their hair will be almost no existent. The barbers make a living doing this at their shops. Why not save yourself the money and stop paying a barber? The clippers will cost very little money and you will be saving each time you cut your own hair.
You can check books out from the local library that will teach you how to do the cutting yourself. You will soon be a master at all of the techniques that a trained barber knows and your hair will look as great as if you had paid someone to cut it for you. No one will be able to tell the difference between your haircut that you did yourself and one that came from the barber.
You will save a lot of time as well as money by doing your own haircuts. You will never have to wait in a long line for your turn in the barbers chair and can use that time to take care of some of the other responsibilities that you have. You can cut your hair on your time schedule instead of only when the barber is in the shop. Do it at midnight if you want to.
