How To Get Soft And Silky Skin Before A Big Event

1. Exfoliate your skin twice a week.

While there are a lot of exfoliating scrubs out in the market, I suggest using dry skin brushing technique. This method was popularized by Chinese medical practitioners. You need a soft-bristled paddle brush. Before taking a bath in the morning, run the bristles of the brush on your skin in a circular motion. Do this method for about 10 minutes. Not only can this get rid of dead skin cells, it will also help improve blood and fluid circulation.
2. Soak in a warm bubble bath infused with beneficial essential oils
Essential oils are a little expensive today. However, they really work in keeping your skin moist and supple. Try to add a few drops to your warm bath water. Soak in it for a couple of minutes.
3. Use a good moisturizer
