Enable Your Writing With A Premium Writing Pen
The beloved American author, Samuel Clemens, who lived from 1835 until 1910 and wrote under the pen name Mark Twain, did not start out life as a writer. Because of his father's death when he was age twelve, young Samuel went to work to help support he and his family. He apprenticed at a number of different professions, including printing and eventually becoming the pilot of one of the riverboats that traversed the Mississippi. When the Civil War stopped a great deal of the riverboat travel, Samuel began his writing career. He chose the name Mark Twain because it was a riverboat reference to "two fathoms deep," which meant a safe amount of water through which the large boats could travel. Clemens is noted for his works Adventures of Huckleberry Finn and A Connecticut Yankee In King Arthur's Court, among others. In the late 1800s was the time when the first fine quality writing pens were invented. Likely Clemens was among the first to utilize the pens. Today you can enjoy the same experience as Mark Twain, and can continue to enjoy your fine pens by using replacement pen refills when the ink runs out. Pen refills keep your pens writing longer.
